A word from the artist:
"I have always had a love for all forms of art. When it comes to photography/videography, I especially love to capture people. I find it interesting how the way someone chooses to express themselves can convey a certain mood and how their body language is able to tell a certain story. In some ways, these features of a person can make the picture more relatable to the audience. Their senses become yours: touch, sight, smell, taste, sound. This is what I hope you experience through my work."
Melissa Estudillo has been involved with many forms of art ever since she was a young girl. Growing up, she loved to paint and draw for fun as well as dance. In her later years, she picked up a love for fashion and started her own online clothing store while in high school in which she sold to both local and global customers. Soon after, she picked up a love for photography and videography. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise with a degree in Apparel Industry Management.
She is currently freelances photography and videography while also instructing dance classes once a week.
